Roderick Henderson
Roderick Henderson has been involved in recruitment for the hotel market for the past 25 years. He was one of the founders of the Berkeley Scott Organisation where he was responsible for the development of two divisions: the Chefs Division and (later) the International Division.
Rod’s early career was spent in East and Southern Africa with Block Hotels and Sun International where he specialized in Food and Beverage operations.
He specialises in international culinary executive positions whilst maintaining his interest in the top UK hotels.
